    Tuesday, the Woodbury County roads department reviewed the preliminary plans for a permanent road at the CF Industries site.Work will start this construction season, but it won't finish until 2015, because it has to sit for a year.The county is also responsible for a construction road near the plant.Their target date on that is September.Woodbury County leaders had hoped to tour the facility today.The tour was canceled today, because of a timing issue.More >>
