DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) - A Wisconsin company has announced plans for a development at Honey Creek Resort in southern Iowa that will include residential and commercial construction.
Bentley Management Group of Milwaukee announced on Tuesday that the projects would total $90 million and bring retail shops, a sports activity center, condominiums and rental cabins to the state-run resort near Lake Rathbun.
Construction on the 160-acre site is expected to begin this summer. Completion is expected within five years.
