PIERRE, S.D. (AP) - State Conservation Officer Brandon Gust has been named South Dakota Boating Officer of the Year by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators.
Gust is assigned to the Madison area by the state Department of Game, Fish and Parks.
The award is presented annually for outstanding contributions to the field of boating law enforcement. Each state recipient is considered next for a regional award.
