BROOKINGS, S.D. (AP) - Officials in the Brookings County Sheriff's Department say they used Tasers to subdue an "uncooperative and combative" man at the Volga street dance early Sunday morning.
Assistant Sheriff Scott Sebring says deputies responded to a fight shortly before 1:30 a.m. and that they talked to the 26-year-old Volga man to get him to cooperate.
But a sheriff's report says the deputies had to use their Tasers on the unidentified man, who was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstructing a law officer.
