PIERCE, Neb. (KTIV) - It's 36-months in jail for the Creighton, Nebraska, man, who took off with his wife and kids after domestic abuse questions by police.
Thursday, a judge sentenced 26-year-old Matthew Schade to up to 3-years in jail for burglary.
Schade was previously placed on probation for stealing from a Plainview, Nebraska, grocery store. He violated that probation by having a firearm... and, by leaving the state, in March, and taking his family to the Black Hills of South Dakota.
He also faces additional charges in the "Rushmore state".
