DIXON, Neb. (KTIV) - An 84-year old Dixon, Nebraska man is dead after the van he was driving went through a stop sign and was hit by a semi.
The Dixon County Sheriff's Office identifies the victim as Clifford Templeman.
Authorities say he ran a stop sign at the intersection of 577 Avenue and 879 Road and was hit broadside by the truck.
The driver of the semi was not hurt.
Templeman was flown to Mercy Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
The accident happened shortly before 2 p.m. Monday.
