
SIOUX CITY, Iowa (AP) -- A 60-year-old Urbandale man has been charged with six counts of possession of child pornography.
Mark Stimson is accused of possessing child pornography between September 2004 and July 2006. The indictment of Stimson was announced Tuesday by U.S. Attorney Matt Dummermuth.
Stimson, formally of Wall Lake, appeared in U.S. District Court in Sioux City on Monday and released on bond.
Prosecutors say if convicted, Stimson faces up to 10 years in prison on each count, and a $250,000 fine.
