SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -- One of the Republicans in the race for Iowa governor made a stop in Sioux City Monday night.
Christian Fong is a 32-year-old businessman from Cedar Rapids, with ten years experience in the private sector, along with his service helping the eastern Iowa flood recovery over the past year.
Fong says, if elected he would work to restore what he calls "Iowa values."
"That's going to mean restoring a balanced budget, it's going to mean cutting income taxes. It's going to mean restoring traditional marriage as the bedrock of the Iowa family," Fong said.
Fong is in the midst of a seventeen-stop statewide tour. Tuesday, he'll be in Council Bluffs.
