BATTLE CREEK, Neb. (AP) - Madison County officials say the death of a 19-year-old Neligh woman at a road construction site was an accident.
Madison County Attorney Joe Smith says Raven Cole died Wednesday afternoon. Cole had been working for a road construction contractor as part of an expansion project on U.S. Highway 275 north of Battle Creek.
Smith says Cole was fatally injured by some of the machinery being used on the project.
