SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - The Spink County state's attorney, Vic Fischbach (FISH'-bahk), has written to the owners of a Mansfield juice bar that planned to feature nude dancers to say the establishment is illegal.
Fischbach says that according to state law, adult-oriented businesses established after June of last year cannot open within a quarter mile of a playground.
A playground sits right across the street from the Mansfield juice bar.
The prosecutor says each day of violation is a separate offense.
The juice bar was supposed to open next weekend.
