BEATRICE, Neb. (AP) - A Beatrice plant is calling back more than five dozen workers from furlough.
Store Kraft says the plant payroll will be back at 160 within six weeks.
The company makes retail store fixtures and security products.
Company president and CEO Gary Cook said when the furloughs were announced last month that the company's normal slow season had hit sooner than previous years and was expected to last a little longer.
Personnel director Katie Humble says Store Kraft waited for a new order before beginning the callback.
She says the plant has been pretty quiet and that "we're glad to have our friends coming back."
