NORTH PLATTE, Neb. (AP) - A 19-year-old North Platte man accused of sexually assaulting three underage girls faces up to 150 years in prison if convicted.
North Platte police say Hogan Mallory was arrested after officers investigated a report that a 15-year-old girl had sex with Mallory.
Sgt. Steven Toelle says information from that girl led officers to contact two 14-year-old girls, who also said they had sex with Mallory.
Police say the alleged attacks occurred between May and July.
Nebraska law prohibits people 19 or older from having sex with those under 16.
A Lincoln County jail spokeswoman said Tuesday that Mallory remains in custody. Court records do not list a defense lawyer.
