MALCOLM, Neb. (AP) - A 36-year-old southeast Nebraska woman who allegedly threatened to kill her brother with a rifle has been arrested.
Angela Coffey of Malcolm got into an argument with her 27-year-old brother at her home. Lancaster County sheriff's deputies said the brother told them that Coffey threatened him with an Ithaca .22-caliber rifle.
The brother called for help from a neighbor's house.
Coffey acknowledged an argument took place but denied threatening her brother. Authorities found the rifle in the room where the argument took place and took it into evidence.
Coffey was arrested on suspicion of terroristic threats and use of a weapon to commit a felony.
