SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - A Mobridge man is being held on an aggravated assault charge after a 38-year-old man died from injuries suffered during a November assault.
Walworth County States Attorney Christopher Jansen says Terry Four Bear, also known as Terry See Walker, died about a week after the Nov. 27 altercation at a Mobridge party.
Twenty-2-year-old Elvis Fast Horse is being held. He made an initial appearance on an assault charge on Nov. 30, and another hearing is planned for Jan. 15.
