New additions coming to area hotel

SOUTH SIOUX CITY, Nebraska (KTIV) - A Siouxland hotel is making a move to provide four diamond service and a new modern look to its patrons.

The Marina Inn Hotel and Conference Center will be changing both its service and style with the addition of a new fitness and business center; along with 47 new guest rooms.

Each complete with a modern feel and 42 inch flat screens.

"Its a very well known property and we want to continue that being the premier property in the area we like to as our new mission statement says is we are caring for our team members, we're caring for our guests and also caring for our community," Carlos Duarte, General Manager at the Marina Inn said.

The change comes as the company continues to work on ways to improve business and employee morale.

"As we all know as times change we have to update things and we're going with a very technology advancement here at the property," Duarte said.
