SOUTH SIOUX CITY, Neb. (KTIV) - You've heard of jump for heart, but how about hula for heart?  Local girl scouts are learning you're never too young to be heart healthy.

Mercy Medical Center's Red Dress Ambassadors teamed up with troops for a day of exercise and healthy eating at the Norm Waitt Senior YMCA.

"I think many of them are being exposed to different kinds of food to eat and why it's important to select more healthy foods and why exercise is important," explained Jane Lucke, A Red Dress Ambassador.

Activities included hip hop dancing, games, hula hoops, and jump ropes.
