The War Eagle Apartments in west Sioux City have a new look, and today the folks that renovated the complex showed it off.
Dominium Development completely renovated all of the units in the complex that is now called hill side apartments and added a new 2,000 square foot community building.
One official with Dominium says the Hill Side Apartments is now a respectible place for families to live.
"When we first became aware of this particular property, it was 45 percent occupied and there was a significant amount of crime going on at this site," Armand Brachman, Owner Dominium Development said. "Currently the property is 100 percent occupied, we dont really have any issues with residents that are living here, it's a place that people can be proud to live at and raise their families."
In all Dominiem invested $4.5 million.
