Bikers were up at the crack of dawn packing up camp in Rock Valley so that they could start pedaling toward Okoboji. As early as five Sunday morning, RAGBRAI riders headed for the Rock River. They began the annual tradition of dipping their rear tires in the water, in Rock Valley, Iowa.
