Water covers the trailSIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -- Parts of the Perry Creek Bike Trail near West 19th Street are under water Friday morning.
Witnesses say large debris, such as tree limbs, can be seen floating down the water and that even the rails for the trail are also submerged.
It was just last week when city officials closed the trail between 14th Street and Stone Park Boulevard due to high water levels.
