Tax free weekend fast approaching

SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) - Iowa prepares for the big tax free weekend on August 7 and 8.

Sunday is not included, but on Friday and Saturday stores do big promotions and you won't be charged any local or state sales tax on all clothing and footwear priced less than $100.

However, that doesn't include things like watches, jewelry, umbrellas, and sporting equipment.
