SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -- A liquor license for a Sioux City bar has been suspended. Dalton's Pub is accused of violating the state's Smoke Free Air Act.
Several complaints have been filed against the owners of the pub starting in January. The complaints resulted in a hearing, and a 30 day suspension was issued.
However, the owners appealed that decision, but were denied. That suspension period began Monday morning.
More complaints were field in July, resulting in another hearing which has been set for November.
