SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -- We're talking about spring thunderstorms now, but just three months ago this week we were talking about roofs collapsing under the weight of all that heavy snow.

The roof at the PetsMart store in the Lakeport Commons collapsed in the early morning hours on January 7. Water pipes burst as it caved in, but no animals were hurt.

Today, construction crews are still working to repair the roof and the inside damage. Company officials expect the store to re-open in Mid-May.
