Sioux City, IOWA (KTIV) - Schools out for summer for the Catholic Schools in Sioux City.
Third grade students at Blessed Sacrament Center were celebrating their last day by watching "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory".
Students say they learned a lot this year and had fun but they are ready for summer break and have many plans.
"We're going to visit our cousins and we're going to go to Kansas City ," said Austin Wilshire, 3rd grader."
"I go up to Okoboji with my family and cousins and we do fun stuff up there and stay up there for a week," said Brenden Frey, 3rd grader.
"We're going to go camping on my Grandpa's boat and then on the fourth of July, we'll go out to the lake and swim," said Charlize Tornell, 3rd grader.
Other students played outside and enjoyed an extended recess on their last day of school.
