SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -- Woodbury County may soon make low interest loans available to businesses looking to locate here, or expand.
The program is called "Investing in Woodbury County", and it would provide a pool of $1 million available at 2% interest.
Half of the money would be set aside for businesses within a 10-mile radius of Moville, and would have to support the upcoming Woodbury County Expo Center.
The county board of supervisors will vote on the proposal next week. If approved, businesses could start filling out applications on September 1st.
Sioux City police say the bicyclist was a male, who was riding south on Court Street.
