Information surfaces about another dog attack

SIOUX CITY, Iowa. (KTIV)--Last night's dog biting was at least the second dog-related call for that neighborhood this week.

Police tell us, on Monday, a German Shepherd owned by Samuel Van Donslear's mother was seized by city officials, for allegedly killing another dog in this yard, a shih tzu named "Rico."

Police say Cheryl Van Donslear has been charged with letting a dog run at large, for that incident.

Rico's owner says, they've had an autopsy performed on the dog.

Rico's owner, Dan Moore says, "To prove that it was actually a dog bite, not that it got ran over by a vehicle."

Moore says, authorities have already confirmed bite wounds on the dogs body, along with lacerations and internal bleeding
