State Patrol: Keadle not a "person of interest" in Anderson case

Two years ago, this month, 19-year old Lacey Anderson of Norfolk, Nebraska, was reported missing. Her body was found three months later and investigators have been trying to piece the case together ever since.

Lacey Anderson's body was found in Rural Pierce County in November of 2009, and authorities are still looking for the person, or persons, responsible for her death.

As the investigation has progressed, a name that has cropped up is that of Joshua Keadle, a 29-year old originally from South Carolina who faces sexual assault charges in Dodge County. He's also a "person of interest" in the case of a missing Peru State student.

A Nebraska State Patrol investigator says Keadle is not a person of interest in the Lacey Anderson case, and has been eliminated from consideration in the case completely.

The investigator wouldn't comment further except to say that the investigation is still ongoing, and anyone with any information is urged to call Madison or Pierce County authorities or the Nebraska State Patrol.
