A Nebraska landfill has been receiving extra traffic in recent weeks while folks in Siouxland continue their flood clean up efforts. The LP Gill Landfill near Jackson, Neb., on average, processes about 400,000 tons of trash from the three Siouxland states each year. Now as scraps of carpets, drywall and insulation 'pour' into LP Gill Landfill you may wonder, is it equipped to handle the added workload?
