Thanksgiving is less than two weeks away, and Christmas season might seem as if it's already here
That's also the case in Homer, Nebraska where they've been decking the halls for weeks in preparation for the annual holiday tour.
Each room in the O'Connor House features period furniture with a holiday twist.
Private designers and Siouxland business made sure the 19th century icon is ready for Santa's visit.
While some come to experience a piece of Northeast Nebraska history, others come looking for decorating ideas for their own homes.
"They get ideas as to what to put together, you know one small item and maybe they can make it at home to add to their collection of Christmas ideas," said Beverly Smith Hostess of the O'Connor House.
If you didn't get a chance to visit the house Saturday, it's open Sunday from 12-4.
