Nebraska officials pen up calf to lure 'ninja cow'

Officials are hoping a new calf will be the key to capturing its mother, which has been roaming the eastern Nebraska city of Plattsmouth since September.
The calf was captured and placed in a pen with the idea that its mother would respond to its cries for milk and move in close enough to be corralled as well.
The mother has been dubbed the "ninja cow" for her ability to appear and vanish like the elusive Japanese assassins.
It's believed she fell off a cattle truck and began wandering around Plattsmouth, hiding in the woods on the north side of town.
