MADISON, NE (KTIV) -

A Madison Nebraska woman accused of illegally storing her dead husband's remains will stand trial in January.

Jeanne Fry, 63, waived her preliminary hearing in Madison County Court Tuesday.

Fry faces felony charges after law enforcement officials discovered the decomposed remains of her husband Jack in a camper the couple shared at the Madison City Campground.

Judge Richard Krepela bound Fry's case to Madison County District Court.

Her arraignment is set for January 20th.
