A mother is killed after a rollover crash along Interstate 29 in South Dakota and texting may be to blame.
Officials say the 30-year-old Grand Forks, North Dakota woman was texting while driving and not wearing a seatbelt at the time, which officials say may have been a factor in the crash.
Two children in the car were wearing seatbelts and uninjured.
She was taken to a Sioux Falls hospital, where she died from her injuries.
