South Dakota man pleads guilty to Nebraska bank robbery

FORDYCE, Neb. (KTIV) -

A Vermillion, South Dakota man who admitted robbing the First Trust and Savings Bank in Lawton, Iowa has admitted to another bank robbery.

Karlis Baisden has told a federal judge that he was also robbed the Cedar Security Bank in Fordyce, Nebraska in December of last year.

Images taken from a surveillance camera inside the bank show Baisden pulling out a gun and demanding money from the teller.

He stole $19,000 and then forced bank workers into a vault. A sentencing date has not been sent.
