Wayne, NE city administrator investigated by state

WAYNE, Neb. (KTIV) -

The Nebraska Attorney General's office is investigating the actions of the Wayne City Administrator.

The details of the potential violations against Lowell Johnson have not been released.

However, Thurston County attorney Tammy Maul Bodlak has been appointed as a special prosecutor in the case by the Nebraska Attorney General's office.

Maul Bodlak says she has not yet looked at the paperwork given to her by the A-G's office.

Johnson says he has no comment regarding the investigation.
