Caramel "DELIGHT" Cake - created for KTIV and prepared by Christina Luther, Girl Services Manager, Girl Scouts of Greater Iowa

• 1 box of chocolate cake mix (any variety is fine – fudge, double chocolate, german chocolate, etc).
• 1 jar of caramel ice cream sundae topping
• 1 16 oz. cool whip
• 1 box of caramel delites

Bake chocolate cake mix according to box.  Cool and poke with toothpick or fork.
Pour caramel ice cream sundae topping all over cake, let soak in.
Cover with softened cool whip.
Top with crushed caramel delites.
