Pontus Johansson celebrates his goal in the 2nd period against Fargo.
SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -
Jumping out to a 2-0 lead in the 2nd period against the Fargo Force, the Sioux City Musketeers looked to be in control and headed to a fourth straight win. The Force scored three unanswered goals, ending the Muskies winning streak at three, 3-2 Saturday night at the Tyson Event Center.
Josh Erickson put the Muskies on the board at the 6:42 mark in the 1st period. Pontus Johansson added a goal midway through the second period to put Sioux City up 2-0. The Force pulled even with two goals the final six minutes of the period, before Fargo's Colton Hargrove found the back of the net at the 4:41 mark in the 3rd period.
