ESTHERVILLE, Iowa (KTIV) -
A Milford, Iowa man is accused of stealing tools from a truck.
Estherville police were called to a retail parking lot after a customer came out of a store and found a man holding an arm full of tools. The tools had been taken from the utility box of his truck.
Authorities say the suspect fled when confronted. They tracked him to a nearby neighborhood where they found the tools, but couldn't find the suspect.
The suspect was later identified and arrested.
John Haisman, 31, of Milford was arrested for 3rd Degree Burglary and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Haisman is out on bond.
