I was born and raised in South Sioux City, Nebraska and grew up watching Channel 4. When I was little I used to make videos with my sisters and even act like I was an anchor of a newscast. My career in the broadcasting field started at KTIV. I had the opportunity to be a reporter and intern for channel 4 for a summer. After graduation, I was lucky enough to start full time as a Producer for the 6 and 10 newscasts.
I graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Electronic Media and a minor in Journalism. It was there where my love for broadcasting grew. Anytime I have the chance to shoot or edit video I feel in my element.
In my spare time I like to play golf, watch Nebraska football (Go Huskers!), go to the movies and hang out with my family and friends.
