I grew up on a farm in Southwest Nebraska. I started my TV career in North Platte learning the ropes at nearly every position. I continued my experience in Lincoln and Sacramento covering the Huskers, Kings, Monarchs, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and several other aspects of news. I took a break from news and spent four years at Kansas State University in the athletic dept covering all sports.
I got my motorcycle license recently and yes, I do have a bike. I like sports and traveling. After leaving California, my goal is to visit all the baseball parks. Although I haven't made it out of the States yet, I enjoy exploring new cities and finding good shopping and great restaurants. I also like to cook. I adopted two male cats while in California.. They are known as "the boys" and are the little loves of my life.
