Storm Lake, IA man enters not guilty plea to sex assault charges

STORM LAKE, Iowa (KTIV) -

A Storm Lake, Iowa man has pled not guilty to multiple sexual assault charges.

50-year-old Michael Sievers was arrested and charged back in January after a victim claimed she was assaulted multiple times during the summer of 2006.

After an investigation officials say they obtained information that led them to believe he was in possession of child pornography. A search warrant served by officials turned up firearms, hundreds of CDs believed to contain child pornography and printed child pornography images.

Sievers is charged with four counts of 2nd-degree sexual assault.
