Former Stanton County commissioner arrested

STANTON, Neb. (KTIV) -

A former Stanton County Nebraska commissioner faces charges after authorities say he was living in a district other than the one he was elected to represent. William Goodpasture was arrested for false candidate filing. Goodpasture resigned from his post in October. A hearing is set for March 1.
