Nebraska tree company "branches out" to Yankton, SD

YANKTON, S.D. (KTIV) -

A Nebraska tree care company is making its way to Yankton, South Dakota.

A handful of run-down structures on Yankton's east side entryway have been demolished for the new business.

"Hartington Tree" plans to use the one acre site across Highway 50 from Stockmen's Livestock Market as a parking lot.

The company hopes to eventually build a structure on the property as a satellite location.

Co-owner Kyle Hochstein says the company has always had a foot in Yankton, and will see if there's enough demand to warrant the second location.
