One man was hospitalized following a bizarre accident on a Sioux City street involving four cars.

Police say 20-year old Geoffrey Rush of Sioux City, was driving down Nebraska Street at a high rate of speed when he tried to pass another car.

Instead, he hit a parked car in the 32-hundred block and rolled over onto the car he was trying to pass.

The driver of that car, hit a second parked car while trying to avoid the crash.

Nelson suffered non-life-threatening injuries, and has since been released from the hospital.  He faces multiple traffic charges
