If you've got the looks, the style and the attitude to rise to the top of the fashion world, this could be your chance to break through! Siouxland's CW is holding an Open Casting Call for Cycle 19 of "America's Next Top Model"! Be prepared to walk the catwalk and speak to our interviewers on camera as part of your casting call audition.

Be sure to check out the detailed ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS. Please read them carefully! Siouxland's CW will only entertain serious applicants who meet ALL of the Eligibility Requirements and have ALL of the necessary paperwork completed prior to the casting call. We will limit this event to the first 75 applicants that arrive at the casting call. All others will be denied and may submit an  audition tape on their own.

WHAT TO BRING TO THE CASTING CALL:

• A completed APPLICATION/AUDITION FORM. Including a Release and Waiver. Applications must be clearly written or typed. **You Must bring the COMPLETED Application Form with you to the audition. We will not have any available to fill out the day of.
• Applicants must provide  COPIES of either a driver's license and US Passport or Social Security Card and Birth Certificate.
• Applicants must bring 3 PHOTOGRAPHS of yourself, each clearly labeled on the back with your name and location.
  • One must be a close-up of your face.
  • The second must be a full-length photograph of your entire clothed body.
  • The third must be a full-length photograph of you wearing a swimsuit.
  • Only one of these photographs may be in black and white.
  • Please note that the producers are looking for a variety of models, including plus-size models. Polaroids are acceptable as long as you are clearly visible.
  • Please note that the videotape is NOT required but it is OK to bring one if you have one and that you follow the guidelines below. Siouxland's CW will be shooting videotape of your interview and catwalk from the casting call and sending it to ANTM producers. If you do have a tape to submit it must adhere to the following guidelines:
    • Length of videotape: 3 minutes maximum.
    • Mini-DV or VHS tapes only.
    • Clearly labeled with your name and location.
    • Content: Tell us who you are and why you would make the ultimate Top Model. Be creative! Part of your video should include you showing us your best runway walk.

PLEASE BRING ALL ITEMS TO THE OPEN CASTING CALL IN A 9x12 OR 10x13 ENVELOPE.
