A Nebraska Judiciary Committee is looking at a bill similar to "Caylee's Law." The bill, being introduced in several states, is a reporting law -- requiring people to tell authorities if a child is missing or hurt. The piece of legislation is named after Caylee Anthony -- the Florida two-year-old whose body was found in a wooded area.

Her mother, Casey, didn't tell anyone about her disappearance for months. A jury found Casey innocent of murdering her child, but did convict her on charges of lying to
