DAKOTA CITY, Neb. (KTIV) -
A Siouxland man charged with raping his 14-year-old cousin has been found not guilty. A jury returned that verdict Monday afternoon for 20-year-old Micah Stulich.
Police had said in February of last year Stulich went to a South Sioux City home with the teen's mother and two female bartenders at about 2:30am. After the women went to sleep, the teen says she stayed up to talk with Stulich. She told authorities that's when Stulich took her into a bedroom and raped her.
Stulich was charged with two counts of first degree sexual assault, but was found innocent.
