A man accused of stabbing another man in South Sioux City Nebraska will spend at least six years behind bars.

32 year old Andrew Orellana pled "no contest" to a charge of assault back in January.

Today, a judge ordered Orellana to serve at least six years, but not more than seven years, in prison... and pay restitution to the victim.

It happened last August in the 13 hundred block of 1st Avenue.

Police say a 19 year old was taken to the hospital... after being stabbed several times.
