Dozens of firefighters spend hours on scene of house fire

Two dozen Norfolk, Nebraska firefighters were on the scene of a house fire for three and a half hours Saturday.

They got the call to 211 South 9th Street at two a.m.

They say it was hard to access the fire inside the walls and ceiling.

No one was home, as the it was under renovation.  However,  owners Lon and Patricia Lura suffered a 30-thousand dollar loss.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
