The contest will be conducted Monday, April 30th 2012 through Friday, May 25th 2012.
Viewers watch King of Queens and Seinfeld weekdays from 5:00PM-7:00PM. One daily letter will be broadcast each half hour for 5 days. At the end of the week viewers combine all 5 letters to form the weekly secret word. Viewers then text that word to 82942 to join the club to enter. Standard text and message data rate may apply. Text STOP to cancel, HELP for help.
All entrants are automatically subscribed to the KTIV mobile Rewards Club. Club members may receive up to four messages per month. To unsubscribe, users may text STOP to 82942 at any time.
At the end of four weeks, Monday, April 30th through Friday, May 25th, one winner will be selected, at random, from all correct entries. Viewers need not enter all 4 weeks to win. Entering more than once would increase chances of winning. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of entries.
ELIGIBILITY: Must be age 18 or older. Name, address, city, state, zip code and daytime phone number must be included with entry. The Grand Prize winner may not be from outside the KTIV service area (Sioux City Television DMA). Employees, immediate family members of employees or household members of employees of KTIV, or participating sponsors are not eligible to win the Grand Prize.
HOW TO PLAY:
Participants register by texting weekly word to 82942.
ODDS OF WINNING:
Odds of winning are determined by the number of entries in this contest.
PRIZES:
- One winner will be selected from all correct entries on Friday, June 1st 2012.
Prizes consist of a $800. Honda Mower from Midwest Honda,
a $200 gift certificate from Bloomer's and a $200 certificate from Sadoff's Men's Wear
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By entering, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless KTIV and participating sponsors and their affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, printing suppliers, and prize suppliers from damages arising out of the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any prizes received in this contest. Participants are solely responsible for timely receipt of entries. No responsibility is assumed by sponsors or their agencies for lost, misdirected or postage-due entries or mail. No substitution of prizes permitted. No transfer of prizes except at the discretion of the sponsors. Any taxes and expenses not specified are the sole responsibility of winners. All entries become the property of KTIV and will not be returned. By participating, entrants agree to: a) the Official Rules of KTIV; and b) if a winner, the use of their names and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation.
