Norfolk, NE marks a major milestone after 2010 flood

A Norfolk, Nebraska bridge washed out by the 2010 floods has been rebuilt.

The Cowboy Recreation and Nature Trail's new bridge crosses the Elkhorn River.

A two-mile stretch of trail west of the bridge has been repaired, but the remainder of the 22-mile trail west to Battle Creek is under construction.
