Defense rests in Brad Gregg re-trial

SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -

The defense has rested its case in the retrial of Brad Gregg. He is accused in a fatal fight outside a Sioux City bar, two years ago.

His first trial ended with a hung jury.

In this second trial, three witnesses have come forward to claim it was victim Joe McDonald, not Gregg who threw the first punch.

Closing arguments are underway.

And, the jury could begin deliberating the case this afternoon.
